    Product Introduction:
    This equipment is an integrated system of bell-type atmosphere furnace and glove box, specifically designed for the research and development and production of battery materials. It innovatively integrates a high-temperature heat treatment unit with an ultra-low water and oxygen environment operation unit, providing a fully inert atmosphere protection environment for the synthesis, coating, and heat treatment of lithium-ion battery cathode and anode materials (such as lithium iron phosphate, ternary materials, lithium cobalt oxide, graphite, and silicon-carbon anodes).

    The core of the system consists of two independently controlled heating chambers. Each chamber uses high-purity molybdenum wire heating and alumina fiber insulation, with a maximum operating temperature of 800℃. It is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and a 30-segment programmable PID controller for precise temperature control. The bottom of the equipment features an automatic lifting furnace door design and is equipped with a special sealing silicone strip to ensure a high airtight connection between the furnace chamber and a specific model of glove box. Throughout the heat treatment process, the materials do not need to come into contact with outside air. Loading, sintering, and unloading can be completed directly under the inert atmosphere protection of the glove box, avoiding oxidation or water absorption at high temperatures and ensuring high purity and electrochemical performance of the materials.



    Main Application Areas:

    Lithium-ion Battery Cathode Materials: Used for the pre-calcination, synthesis, and calcination of lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, and high-nickel ternary materials (such as NCM and NCA), ensuring that the materials complete their crystal transformation under an inert atmosphere to avoid oxidation.

    Lithium-ion Battery Anode Materials: Suitable for the carbonization, coating, and heat treatment of graphite, hard carbon, soft carbon, lithium titanate, and silicon-based anode materials, allowing for precise control of the atmosphere during the carbonization process.

    Solid-State Electrolyte Materials: Used for the high-temperature synthesis and densification sintering of oxide and sulfide solid electrolytes, effectively protecting sulfide electrolytes that are sensitive to water and oxygen.
